Lexington Schools Win!
Fri Feb 23, 2007 at 12:54:26 PM PDT
From the Boston Globe:
A federal judge today dismissed a lawsuit by two Lexington couples who claimed the local public school district violated their constitutional rights by teaching their young children about different types of families, including those headed by same-sex couples.
This is profoundly good news for those of us living in the Commonwealth (straight or gay), who want children taught reality rather than somebody else's fantasy. Religious or otherwise.

Mass ConCon again UPDATED
Thu Nov 09, 2006 at 12:34:29 PM PDT
BOHICA, folks.
I've been watching since 1pm EST, and since Travis couldn't get this moved up, they just got to #19 (third reading of one of the anti Gay Marriage proposals). This is the legislative one; #20 is the referendum one. 19 is nastier; 20 is squirrelier, IMHO.
Joint Session Agenda
UPDATE: The ConCon adjourned after defeating 19, and before consideration of 20.
It's dead, Jim.
I can't Boycott ABC
Fri Sep 08, 2006 at 05:54:19 PM PDT
It's not that I don't want to boycott ABC.
But I'd have to consume their crap. Or their advertisers' crap. Or anything from Disney.
Specifics after the flip.
Enough Joementum to Hang [Updated]
Mon Apr 10, 2006 at 08:59:27 AM PDT
Last night we were all regaled by Joementum's
antics at the Windsor DTC.
This morning he's made the front page of Boston.com.
I think it's time for the Democrats of the Nutmeg State to deal with this joker.
Update: Now it's on the front page of the Hartford Courant as well.
